My Experience with BetFury: From a Loyal VIP Player to a Disappointed CustomerI've been using BetFury for about a year and have been a VIP member for a long time. To be fair, my experience was very positive for many months. However, recently, things have changed significantly. Rewards and promotions have become increasingly rare, and my latest experience has completely destroyed my trust in this platform.The most frustrating incident concerns my VIP sportsbook cashback. According to my VIP level, I'm entitled to 11% cashback on sportsbook losses. After placing multiple bets, I lost approximately €36,000, which should have entitled me to around €3,900 in cashback. The cashback was scheduled every five days, and the amount was clearly displayed on my account.However, just 24 hours before the cashback was due, BetFury launched a completely redesigned website. Following this update, my cashback simply disappeared.I immediately contacted my VIP support team, expecting a clear explanation and a fair resolution. Instead, I was told that my cashback was correctly calculated at €0. I wasn't satisfied with this answer, so I took the time to calculate my losses bet by bet. My calculations showed that I should have received approximately €3,900.When I presented this information, the support team started bringing up free bets I had received. The problem is that these free bets are regular rewards I receive independently of my sportsbook cashback. They have nothing to do with the cashback I was expecting. Rather than addressing the actual issue, the conversation became confusing and frustrating, with no satisfactory explanation for the missing amount.In the end, I was left feeling as though I had lost €3,900 in cashback that I had legitimately earned under the terms of my VIP level.A few days later, support told me that I would be able to receive $1,000 in free bets on Thursday or Friday as compensation. When the promised day arrived, I checked my account and found $1,000 in no-risk bets instead of free bets. These are not the same thing: no-risk bets require me to wager my own money, whereas free bets are a different type of reward. When I asked support to correct this and replace them with the promised free bets, I was told that they couldn't cancel or change the offer.This entire situation has been extremely disappointing. After a year of loyalty as a VIP customer, losing access to a substantial cashback amount following a website update, receiving contradictory explanations, and then being offered something different from what support had promised is simply unacceptable.I understand that casinos can change their promotions and reward structures. However, transparency, consistency, and honest customer support should be the bare minimum, especially when dealing with VIP players who have spent significant amounts on the platform.At this point, BetFury no longer feels like the platform I trusted for months. I cannot confidently recommend it based on my recent experience, and I strongly advise other players, especially VIP members, to keep detailed records of their bets, losses, cashback balances, and conversations with support.I hope BetFury takes this complaint seriously and provides a proper explanation for the missing cashback. Until then, my trust in this casino has been severely damaged.
