My experience with BetFury’s VIP management has raised serious concerns about how VIP players are treated and how the bonus system is used.After years as a VIP customer, I experienced repeated communication that, in my view, created significant psychological pressure to remain active and continue depositing, particularly after substantial losses. The constant emphasis on activity and eligibility for Personal VIP Bonuses made the VIP program feel less like a genuine reward system and more like an incentive to make additional deposits.My VIP manager stated:«“I will credit the bonus once it's available according to your activity.”»And later:«“Once again, the bonus options are currently unavailable.”»Despite remaining active and continuing to deposit, the Personal VIP Bonus I was expecting was not provided. Instead, I was subsequently offered a Deposit Bonus with wagering requirements, which required me to deposit more funds and continue gambling in order to benefit from it.This raises serious questions about transparency, consistency, and the way VIP communications are handled especially when a player has already experienced substantial losses.VIP managers should provide transparent and responsible assistance, with clear and objective bonus criteria. They should not create the impression that continued deposits or gambling activity are necessary to maintain VIP benefits or obtain promised rewards.I believe BetFury should seriously review its VIP management practices, bonus criteria, and communication methods to ensure they do not create undue psychological pressure or encourage potentially harmful behavior.Peace
