October 1, 2018 I informed lavadome.com that I have a gambling addiction and was told that I would be excluded from all N1 Interactive Ltd subsequent brands. In the chat I stated my full name, phone number and my yahoo email address as well. June 15, 2019 I had a relapse and managed to access betchan.com -using the same yahoo email I clearly stated when I informed them about my gambling addiction. They did not inform me and allowed me to deposit over and over again. My question to you is to investigate this matter. I have confidence in a positive outcome and that you will see my point of vlew and that you are able to re-open my account, but most of all that you will be able to convince Betchan to transfer the amount of € 21.500,00 into my bankaccount asap.
