I have betted on a game Permitta to win game 2 with handicap -4.5, the score was 12-5 only a round away from winning. Suddenly the bet slip stops responding and is paused. The game went on after some technical issues to win 13-5 verified on gosugamer.com and eplcs_en on kick.com 2-0. I waited for an hour and more for it to be refunded. I asked for customer support on how and why it is a refund. They said simply "refunded for betting purposes" despite it being won and game continued when refund should only be for postphoned matches or wrong odds. That was not the case, and blatant abuse of betting rules. Customer support was also useless and repeated the same generic responses without addressing the points.
