Bragg Gaming closed the second quarter of 2026 with revenue of €22.9m, down 12% year-on-year. The Netherlands drove the decline, falling 14% as legacy platform contracts rolled off following customer migrations. Brazil held flat against Q2 2025, with some operators moving to direct content integrations and bypassing the aggregator.
Bragg's proprietary games in Canada and the US grew 44% year-on-year and 25% quarter-on-quarter. Adjusted EBITDA stayed roughly level while margin improved on lower costs.
After the quarter closed, the company completed its all-stock acquisition of Drayton and announced a new round of redundancies. Integrating Drayton is the priority through year-end. Matt Davey, Bragg's new chairman and a major investor, said the company's assets — proprietary content, platform technology and licences in over 30 jurisdictions — are undervalued. The plan is to strengthen the balance sheet, simplify structure and cut cash burn, then scale investment in product and distribution.
On 13 August, Donald Robertson left the board. Jordan Gnat, an investor with three decades of experience whose last project was Playmaker Capital, took his seat.
