OpenBet has agreed to acquire OmniLogic, a sportsbook provider serving lottery operators. The deal is intended to strengthen OpenBet's position in regulated lottery jurisdictions and extend its platform capabilities for Tier 1 markets. Closing is expected in the second half of the year, subject to regulatory approval.
OmniLogic has worked with lottery operators and World Lottery Association (WLA) members for over a decade. The company offers an omnichannel betting solution for the EMEA region with integrated trading, risk management and back-office functions. Founders are Vicente Torrejón and Dávid Márk Gábor.
OpenBet president Nikos Konstakis called the acquisition a logical step in the company's strategy of serving operators in heavily regulated markets. He singled out lottery as a key growth vector, noting that OmniLogic has built its reputation in the sector through long-term partnerships and an understanding of client requirements. Torrejón and Gábor said the deal gives their clients access to OpenBet's product portfolio and scale while preserving continuity and expertise.
A year earlier, OpenBet completed a management buyout: CEO Jordan Levin and other senior executives acquired the platform from Endeavor for $450 million. Levin said at the time that the company had gained the conditions for expansion and innovation.
