Same with me I've been waiting 2 weeks for a 85 dollars, poor support chat unresponsive and unhelpful. 

I was playing a couple nights ago and I was winning pretty good so I contacted support and asked what amount could I cash out at? I think my balance was around 1200, he said anytime now then he contacted me again and said he started the process for me. So I played it down to 1000 and tried cashing out it wasn’t working and I couldn’t get any response from support. The next day I tried again still couldn’t cash out but I did get someone at support he said I needed 1025 to cash out so I played and prayed and I now have a balance of 1098. I made a deposit and won a substantial amount and played through the entire bonus and requested a withdrawal of the maximum cash out limit and the casino support staff assisted me and was there for me throughout the entire process of deposit, playthrough, and withdrawal request. After the withdrawal requests were made the casino staff started to verify that payments would be made but the payments were never made and the casino staff started to ignore me on a daily basis while I tried to check in with them. There is also no response to the casinos e-mail. I am afraid that I may be the victim of fraud but have not confirmed this yet. The casino is 100% non-responsive at this time. If anything changes as as result of my complaint I will edit the description of the dispute and update it accordingly. Please note I did submit the requested KYC information but their verification of it never has come through after nearly a month has passed and multiple attempts at receiving help from customer service have failed. I have emailed them a picture of my whole debit card because that’s what they asked me to do, I have been emailing them for the past 30 something days. They have always told me just wait 24 to 48 hours, then I wait 24 to 48 hours and it’s been over 72 hours and I messaged them and then they ghost me and then I messaged him and they say sorry for the delay. They’re backed up on all the cash outs and all the verifications they have to do well this is ridiculous. I’ve been waiting over a month. I deposited money on the site for some credits and my first 3 deposits didn't go through but my fourth one did and all of a sudden the 3rd one worked also. I contacted the casino and they said they would be refunding one of the deposits. ive had am issue with luckyowlclub I have submitted a withdrawal of $85 back in September of 2025 ive made thw security deposit and went through all the verification and was told back then I would recieve my payment within 24 to 48 hours ive reached out via email with no response and I barely get any response on their live chat. when I do get someone they always tell me the same thing that theyre sorry and theyre wont be much of a delay. please help
