I am very disappointed with my experience at Bwin. Despite being self-excluded from gambling due to responsible gambling concerns, I was able to deposit and play large amounts over several months without any verification from the casino. This is a serious failure on Bwin´s part:-They did not properly verify my identity or the source of funs-They allowed me to gamble despite my self excusion, which is a fundamental protection for players with gambling issues.-I lost a significant amount of money( 10000EUROS), which could have been prevented if the proper cheks had been in place.I tried contacting Bwin to address these issues, but the response was inadequate and the problem remains unresolved.This experience shows a lack of responsible gambling practises and compliance, and I hope my review warns others and eucourages Bwin to take player protection seriously

They had a campagin where I had to bet 100 DKK to receive a 100 DKK free bet. I activated the campaign and made the bet, but when it was settled they refused to give me the free bet.

AVOID didn't recieve my welcome bonus when spoke to the live chat they said I had I then looked on my history and it showed I used the credit I deposited on the games I asked for evidence of what they could see me using it on said games and they kept closing thw chat AVOID THIS SITE ITS A SCAM IM GOING TO THE OMBUDSMAN AND REPORTING THEM TO SCAM!

Far too many complaints about Bwin to write down, but most of them have already been mentioned in other reviews.Read them and make your own mind up I wish I had.

I had to grind really hard lost lots and bet over £1200 but managed to come out the site in drips and drabs overall I've only profited possible £70, went back in and lost with no wins at all over £100, absolute scam site obviously using a cap compiler program against winning players , really needs investigated.

The worst company in the world. In the slots, when the bonus is about to come out, it either gets stuck or the app kicks you out. For the past two years, I have been forced to record videos of the sessions because every time they find excuses and do not pay out any potential winnings.

After extensive testing spins are manipulated watch the reels and time of each normal spin and if you get a decent win it will double spin it " extended spin " that's twice as long as a normal spin just so it doesn't payout also they reset your over time payout % by making fake errors occur and also gaining additional funds by making pop ups occur and taking a spin amount and keeping the last paid result.I would avoid we have a small group that are testing all casino and spin sites and this is by far one of the worst.

Do not go near this site they let me deposit over £100 then when I start winning halfway through the game lock my account asking for verification yet they didn’t ask me this before I spent my money then when I had money in my account to withdraw, they don’t let you have it. Having not used Bwin for a while, I received an email with an offer,have a £5 bet, get a £5 free bet. Made a deposit, went to place a qualifying £5 bet, message came up, 'bet not placed,stake above your allowed 0.84p!!!' They don't know what they are doing.Raised this by email, no reply.Wont be going back!Have to admit, I had forgotten about my previous experiance 30 Dec,Same again, received an email offering a £10 free bet, if I placed a £5 bet. Everything looked OK, I made a deposit, set a bet up, there was a message that a £5 bet would get a £10 free bet, went to 'Place Bet', received a message, you cant claim the free bet, your maximum stake is 0,84 pence!
