npx skills add reason-machines/data-skills --skill web-analytics-agent-skill -a claude-codeWhat web-analytics-agent-skill does
This skill brings together data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Bing Webmaster Tools. It can inspect indexing, search queries, clicks, and impressions, then read sessions, traffic sources, and bounce rate from GA4. The collected results can be combined into structured reports for Google-versus-Bing analysis.
The package includes Python scripts for each service and a run_all.sh runner that executes the analyses in sequence. Google access uses OAuth 2.0, while Bing requires an API key. The Google account also needs read access to both the Search Console and GA4 properties, or those checks will fail.
What it helps with
- check a site’s indexing and search queries
- compare search figures from Google and Bing
- inspect session sources in GA4
- combine SEO and traffic data into one report
Example prompts for the agent
- Review this site’s indexing, queries, clicks, and impressions through Google Search Console.
- Compare the site’s search results in Google and Bing, then explain the gaps.
- Create a GA4 report covering sessions, traffic sources, and bounce rate.
