90-day-seo-sprint — Claude Code skill: a 13-week SEO plan
Opens the Distribb tracker and walks you through 13 weeks of SEO work: four phases, 31 dated tasks, keyword and backlink sheets. Built for a project that has not launched yet.
npx skills add Bomx/distribb-skill --skill 90-day-seo-sprint -a claude-codeWhat 90-day-seo-sprint does
The skill loads the Distribb tracker spreadsheet in your browser and coaches you through it. Seven tabs sit inside: cover, dashboard, task tracker, keywords, backlinks, content calendar and a day-90 audit. The dashboard takes a single input — cell B4, the start date as YYYY-MM-DD — and derives the current week and phase from it.
Work splits into four phases: pre-launch, foundation, content engine, authority. The tracker holds 31 tasks with dates, the calendar suggests 18 articles week by week, and the backlink sheet starts you off with 15 directories plus 15 blank rows. Each session the agent picks the next unchecked tasks and runs them through the parent Distribb skill: keyword research, backlink targets, article publishing.
This is a way of using Distribb for the first 90 days of a project, not a standalone product. Skip the parent skill and the execution steps have nothing to call. The master sheet is read-only, so hit File → Make a copy first — otherwise your edits go nowhere. No browser tool and no open-style command available? The skill prints the URL and you open it yourself.
What it helps with
- break the first 90 days of SEO into week-by-week tasks
- build a starting list of 20-30 low-competition keywords
- finish pre-launch hygiene: title tags, schema, sitemap, Search Console
- land the first 15 directory backlinks and verify each one is live
- plan 18 articles in a content calendar and track what gets published
Example prompts for the agent
- Open the 90-day SEO sprint tracker and walk me through phase one
- Give me a 90-day SEO roadmap for my project and fill in the keywords tab

It opens the Distribb tracker spreadsheet and guides you through four phases over 13 weeks: pre-launch, foundation, content engine, authority. Task execution is handed to the parent Distribb skill.
Can I use the tracker without the parent Distribb skill?
The sheet opens and you can fill it in, but keyword research, backlink targeting and publishing all route through the parent skill. Those steps will not run without it.
