What review-and-ship does

review-and-ship gathers context from diffs against the main branch, uncommitted changes, and recent commits. It then runs or writes tests for changed code, reviews for bugs, regressions, and security issues. If needed, it fixes critical problems and re-runs affected tests.

Next, it commits targeted files with a concise message, pushes the branch, and opens or updates a PR. The skill prioritizes correctness and security over style comments and does not bypass pre-commit hooks. Parallel subagents help with larger diffs.
