What review-all does

This skill sends two clean-context agents after the same base...HEAD range at the same time. One runs Codex’s codex review --base flow; the other checks the change against Google’s code-review guidance. Their findings are then combined and ordered by how strongly the reviewers agree.

The workflow only reviews code. It does not apply patches, use --fix or --comment, or post findings to GitHub. Its target is the current branch’s committed diff, so work that has not been committed is outside the review.

Codex login is a prerequisite for the Codex review path: codex login status must show an authenticated account. The skill is listed for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI, and OpenCode.

What it helps with

  • cross-check a branch diff with two reviewers
  • spot issues before opening a PR
  • compare independent code-review findings
  • review committed changes without editing files

Example prompts for the agent

  • Run review-all on the committed changes in this branch.
  • Give me a second-opinion review of the branch diff before the PR.
  • Review the changes with both agents and do not modify any files.
