recruiting-pipeline — Claude Code skill: what it does, install
The skill manages your hiring funnel from first contact to accepted offer, tracks stage conversion rates, and surfaces bottlenecks.
npx skills add anthropics/knowledge-work-plugins --skill recruiting-pipeline -a claude-codeWhat recruiting-pipeline does
The skill handles six recruiting stages: Sourced (outreach sent), Screen (phone or video), Interview (on-site or panel), Debrief (team decision), Offer (extending the package), and Accepted (offer signed). It logs actions and transitions at each step.
It tracks five metrics: pipeline velocity in days per stage, stage-to-stage conversion rates, source effectiveness across channels, offer acceptance rate, and time to fill from req open to accepted offer. Triggered by phrases like recruiting update, candidate pipeline, hiring status, or when you discuss screening and offers.
With an ATS connected, the skill pulls candidate data automatically and updates statuses in real time.
What it helps with
- track candidate status across hiring stages
- calculate conversion between Screen, Interview and Offer
- analyse pipeline velocity and bottlenecks
- compare recruiting channel effectiveness
- measure time to fill from req open to accepted offer
Example prompts for the agent
- show recruiting update for all open positions
- how many candidates are in Interview and Offer stages now
- calculate conversion rate from Screen to Debrief last quarter
