What privacy-page-generator does

This skill no longer builds pages. The rules for a privacy policy page now live in the page-builder skill from the Pagina repository, and privacy-page-generator stays behind as a compatibility entry: it holds no page rules and is not maintained.

If it is already wired into your setup, nothing breaks — the agent just finds no instructions inside. For a new page, install page-builder and ask the agent to build the privacy policy through it. The install line is npx skills add kostja94/pagina --skill page-builder.

Worth checking before you hand the agent a legal page task: the old skill quietly does nothing, so you end up with an empty result instead of finished copy.
