What cross-agent-review does

The skill discovers machines and agents with list_machines and list_agents, then sends the chosen reviewer material and questions through ask_agent. You can provide a PR URL, commit, branch, diff, or design text. The other agent cannot see this conversation, so include the relevant context and constraints in the request.

The skill keeps the request ID and uses get_reply with a bounded wait to collect findings. A request still in progress is not a finished review; assess returned findings against the task. The remote tools cannot launch another reviewer or read local files directly. If sending times out, check list_requests before trying again, since a second send could duplicate the review.
