This skill generates Power BI reporting components from session notes. It reads indicator metrics from a local MEL_DAX_LIBRARY and uses pbi-cli-tool to inject measures into the active semantic model. Visual styles follow IPPF Visual Identity 2025 guidelines, saving theme.json directly into the .pbip project directory.
Page structures for equity breakdowns and methodology cards are written into powerbi-build-output/ as staging JSON files. Users paste or configure these visuals inside Power BI Desktop by hand. The logic requires a local Python script collection located under ane_package/reporting/powerbi_dashboard/.
Legacy .pbix binaries are blocked. An active .pbip workspace must stay open in Power BI Desktop during runtime. Because CLI updates exist solely in Analysis Services memory, pressing Ctrl+S in Power BI Desktop after each model update is mandatory to persist changes.
