photo-abstract-editorial — Claude Code skill: how to install
Turns a single photograph into a vertical diptych with an untouched upper image and an abstract lower panel. Generates a minimalist poster with a short title.
npx skills add ZzzLc0405/photo-abstract-editorial --skill photo-abstract-editorial -a claude-codeWhat photo-abstract-editorial does
This skill takes one uploaded photo and builds a vertical composition. The top section retains the original picture without retouching or generative filters. Only proportional scaling or minor cropping is permitted to fit the layout.
The bottom section becomes a flat ivory panel without paper grain or drop shadows. It translates the spatial axes and tonal relationships of the photo into sparse abstract marks. Colors come strictly from the original palette. A serif English title between two and five words sits on this lower panel.
Human figures reduce down to short vertical marks or tapered blocks, with no facial features or clothing. Landmark buildings retain at most three structural cues. Because the skill excludes surface textures and detailed anatomy, it will fail anyone seeking an illustrated portrait. It outputs only the finished image without commentary.
What it helps with
- build a vertical diptych poster from an original photo
- extract spatial and color relationships into an abstract panel
- pair unretouched photography with minimalist editorial marks
- generate an editorial serif title derived from visual facts
Example prompts for the agent
- Create an abstract editorial diptych from street.jpg without retouching the photo
- Turn this photo into a vertical memory panel poster with an ivory background
- Generate a minimalist diptych composition with an abstract lower section for image.png
