What organic-growth-advisor does

Two questions drive the triage: how familiar the next market or buyer is, and how much the product itself has to change. Your answers land on a growth path matrix, and the skill returns a single recommendation with rationale, a diagnostic question and a first experiment.

The four paths come from the McKinsey Growth Pyramid, levels 2 through 5. Level 1 is retention and optimisation work, while levels 6 and 7 need capital and an executive mandate, so neither is covered. Risk grows with distance from the core: new segments sit closest, new products furthest. Teams often spend on the far level before exhausting the near ones.

Treat it as triage, not a strategy tool. Without core product-market fit, fix level 1 first. The skill runs in Claude, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI and OpenCode.
