What navigation-menu-generator does

This skill contains no component generation rules and is no longer maintained. It serves strictly as a deprecated compatibility entry for projects looking for the old navigation menu generator.

The component logic now lives inside the Bricks project. To build a new navigation menu, install the successor skill component-builder from kostja94/bricks. Adding this repository will not provide active layout rules, so running it only points the agent toward the new package.
