hormozi-ad-factory — Claude Code skill: 150+ ad variations from one offer
Splits an ad into hook, body and call to action, then multiplies the pieces, so a single product yields 150 to 750 variations to test.

The skill follows Alex Hormozi's method. You answer questions about the product, the audience, the platform and the format, then the agent writes 50 hooks. They are spread across five awareness levels, from people who do not know they have a problem to those ready to buy, roughly ten per level unless you ask for a different mix. Next come 3–5 bodies: demo, testimonial, educational, story, or a faceless version built from screen text and voiceover. Each piece stands alone, so any hook pairs with any body.
Calls to action number 1–3, and a strong one covers up to five things: the exact step, how to take it, the immediate payoff, a reason to act now, and a way to remove the risk. Output is a summary table with the total combination count, a dozen or so top picks with a note on why each should work, and the full library of components. Format shifts with the placement: opening seconds for video, slide one for a carousel, the headline for text ads.
Leave out the product name, what it does or who it is for and no ads get written — the skill asks for those three at minimum. Copy comes out in English unless you specify otherwise; Portuguese users get BR by default. It is an ad tool only, and does not touch emails, landing pages or general copywriting.
What it helps with
- Turn one offer into dozens of ready-to-test ads
- Cover every awareness level with matching hooks
- Reuse hooks from past winning campaigns and organic posts
- Write ad bodies that pair with any hook
- Match the call to action to placement and format
Example prompts for the agent
- Build an ad factory for my app; product, audience and placement are below
- Write 50 hooks for a TikTok video using the Hormozi method
- Pull hooks from my past campaigns and assemble 15 finished ads

Questions about hormozi-ad-factory
How do I install hormozi-ad-factory in Claude Code?
Run npx skills add pedronauck/skills --skill hormozi-ad-factory -a claude-code. The skill then sits at ~/.claude/skills/hormozi-ad-factory/SKILL.md.
What does hormozi-ad-factory do?
It writes ad pieces one at a time — hooks, bodies, calls to action — and combines them into a matrix. One offer gives you 150 to 750 variants to test.
Which platforms does it support?
Pieces adapt to video (TikTok, YouTube, Reels), text ads (Facebook, LinkedIn), carousels, and short posts on Twitter/X or Stories. With several platforms at once, it builds a neutral set first, then offers to adapt it.
