ctx-upgrade — Claude Code skill: update and reconfigure

What ctx-upgrade does

ctx-upgrade fetches the latest code from the repository, rebuilds it, reinstalls the npm package, and fixes all configuration files and hooks. Output is a checklist with version numbers and status of each check. After running, restart your editor session so the new version takes effect.

If the MCP tool call fails, the skill falls back to running Node.js directly. It finds cli.bundle.mjs or build/cli.js in the plugin root and executes the upgrade command. This means the update works even if external services are unavailable.
