investor-materials · c0x12c — Claude Code skill: decks and financial models
A skill for producing investor-facing documents: a pitch deck, one-pager, memo and financial model. Useful when the numbers and the story have to line up across every file.

The skill walks the agent through a fixed order: gather the real facts, spot what is missing, choose the document type, write it, then verify each figure against a single source of truth. It ships with a 12-slide deck outline covering the company and its wedge, the problem, the solution, the product, the market, the business model, traction, the team, competition, the ask, and how the money gets spent, plus guidance for one-pagers and memos.
One rule sits above the rest: every document has to agree with the others. A deck that reports one revenue figure while the memo reports another leaves the investor trusting neither. So the skill asks you to lock down traction numbers, pricing, raise size, use of funds, team bios and milestones before any writing starts.
There is also a section on the mistakes that get caught in diligence — market sizing with no arithmetic behind it, false certainty about assumptions, job titles that clash with a LinkedIn profile, revenue projections that fail when read backwards. The skill pushes for visible assumptions, bear/base/bull cases, and plain wording instead of hype. It relies on Read, Write and WebSearch: without them the agent cannot open your files or save the result. Output lands in the project's 04-build/ folder.
What it helps with
- build a pitch deck that runs from problem to ask
- write an investor one-pager or memo
- model revenue with bear, base and bull cases
- reconcile figures across every fundraising document
- prepare answers for an accelerator application
Example prompts for the agent
- Build our pitch deck using the skill's outline, and check every number against the traction sheet
- Write an investor one-pager: what we do, why now, traction, and the ask
- Compare the deck and the memo and list any numbers that disagree
