What app-builder does

app-builder takes a product request and works out the project category, technology choices, and file structure. Its templates cover web apps with Next.js or Nuxt, APIs with Express or FastAPI, mobile builds, desktop apps, Chrome extensions, CLI tools, and Turborepo monorepos.

The skill follows a selective-reading map, so it loads the project guidance related to the current task instead of every file. It can coordinate project-planner, frontend-specialist, backend-specialist, database-architect, and devops-engineer; its listed tools are Read, Write, Edit, Glob, Grep, Bash, and Agent. That makes it a project-level orchestrator rather than a single feature recipe.
