What universal-scraping-architect does

The plugin introduces intelligent routing to Claude Code. It decides whether to delegate tasks to Firecrawl or run local Python scripts. The plugin tracks token budgets and remaining quotas. Quotas will not run out unexpectedly.

Local extraction relies on requests, beautifulsoup4, and pandas. Scripts run directly on your machine. Cloud extraction requires your own Firecrawl API key, as the skill operates on a BYOK model. Firecrawl's free tier works fine.
