This plugin gives Claude Code task-specific guidance for bioinformatics, genomics, proteomics, drug discovery, biostatistics, scientific computing, and scientific writing. Every skill lives in its own SKILL.md file with executable code samples, parameter defaults, troubleshooting notes, and tool guidance. The collection covers tools such as Scanpy, RDKit, BioPython, PyMC, and AutoDock Vina.
You can call a skill by name, for example /sciagent-skills:scanpy-scrna-seq, or describe the analysis and let Claude Code locate a matching skill. The files are plain Markdown, so the plugin itself does not require npm or runtime packages. Python 3.12+ is needed only for validation scripts; Git is needed to clone the repository.
