The plugin gives Claude a connection to the Fullstory MCP server. From there you can pull session and event data, check funnel numbers, and look at how people move through your product — all inside the conversation instead of the Fullstory web app. Once the server is connected, its tools show up on their own.
You need a Fullstory account with API access and an API key from your account settings. The account also has to be enrolled in the Fullstory MCP beta program. Without that enrollment the connection will not come up, key or no key.
Setup paths are documented separately for Claude and Cursor. The tool list is not fixed in advance — it depends on what the server exposes, so ask the agent to list the tools after connecting.
