claude-md-management — Claude Code plugin: what it does & setup
Audits CLAUDE.md files against your codebase and records lessons learned during work sessions to keep project memory up to date.
/plugin install claude-md-management@claude-plugins-official
/plugin marketplace add anthropics/claude-plugins-officialWhat claude-md-management does
This plugin provides two utilities to maintain project guidelines in CLAUDE.md. The claude-md-improver skill audits documentation against the current codebase state. It scores documentation quality and recommends specific updates during periodic maintenance.
The /revise-claude-md command handles the end of a session. When working reveals missing instructions or undocumented steps, the command captures those insights directly into CLAUDE.md.
Both tools focus strictly on CLAUDE.md files. If the session uncovered no new project rules, the command has nothing to write.
What it helps with
- audit CLAUDE.md files against the current codebase state
- record session discoveries directly into project memory
- identify missing rules in documentation after code changes
- view quality scores and recommended updates for CLAUDE.md
