WinBig 21— player complaints: 10 in English

I have played with this site for years and donated ridiculous money. Then this [EDIT] contact me on the side saying I can use paypal and just run everything though him. I have lost thousands, but one day one a couple of bucks. I started playing more. I am never able to get any of my winnings. He give me deal list send 150.00 you can play with 450.00 with 10x playthough....I was up to like 7000.00 he starts sending me these rediculous playthough rules: Total bet $57000....so playhrough done of $3800 ....then your total bet has done of $60000 so as per that you have done 4000. playthrough . So u have to remaining one then u can do ...then as I was sick yesterday and did not play....with $2000.00 still in play he tells me my time ran out. I never ever heard of a time limit for playthrough, I also emailed other sited about the fact of how the playthough works. I played almost three days straight with a minimum bet of 5.00 and did not come close....this site and this guy and the entire paypal thing cannot be legal. Please help

Made a withdrawal for £418 on Oct 12th which still hasn't been processed. They asked for ID verification which I submitted but I have not had any reply despite emailing them 4 times. I have spoke to live help but they keep saying you will get your money this week. They have been saying that for a fortnight yet the withdrawal is still sitting in my account unprocessed.

On September 2, 2016, WinBig21 Casino offered me a $399 no deposit bonus via email. After registering and accepting the bonus, I met all wagering and term requirements. When I inquired about cashing out, I was told that I had to play a 2nd stage and that all winnings over the $399 would be carried over to the 2nd stage, which was over $3,000. After I met all wagering requirements for the 2nd stage, I was then told that I could only cashout $399 after a make a deposit of at least $25 and play the 3rd stage and meet the wagering requirements. I made the $25 deposit and played the 3rd stage and met the wagering requirements with a balance of approximately $6,569. I was given two choices to withdraw the $399. I selected the UPayCard method. I had to pay $9.95 to open the account. WinBig21 has the withdrawal status in Reversal status since my requested date of September 2, 2016. The terms stated that withdrawals could only remain in Reversal Status for 48 hours. The $399 is still in Reversal Status of processing. I have made every attempt to contact them via email, chat, and phone. I have only been able to get one phone response on October 5, 2016. The Phone Rep requested that I resend documents for verification of identity, which was a Valid photo ID, Utility Bill, and the front and back of the credit card I used to make my deposit and to send the documents from the registered email address of the site. Then I was told that I should receive the deposit in 4 to 5 business days. On two occasions I was able to get a delayed chat session and after connecting, the representative reviewed my inquiry and responded with let me check for you and never returned to the chat session. Submitted a request for payment on Jan 1, 2016. Sent in all required doc's immediately. Got the run-around for months- supposedly "problems with the system". Was told to get a Upay account and forward info- so I did. Then they kept saying a couple of days, over and over again. Last time I logged in they said I would need to deposit $50 with Upay account for them to pay me. I told them no way I would give them more money. They said they would return the $50. I said give me a guarantee in writing. They said they would the next day. Been a couple weeks and nothing. THIS CASINO WILL NOT PAY!!!

I have several complaints against WinBig21: For one....I have made several requests for them to stop calling me on the phone...they continue to do so. They completely harassed me Second...they have given my personal information to sister sites along with my phone number and I continually get calls from new casinos with the information they revealed Third..there software [REMOVED]...as soon as you start winning...the system changes...you get lots of messages of lost connectivity and what not till you lose everything Fourth....when I did once try to cash out from them...they gave my money to some other company for me to try and fight for. I have requested refunds and all they do is call and offer me more money...I have requested to close my account several times...and again all they do is call me and give me play money. 1st win big never paid me the 1st $50.00 they were suppose to. Then they promise a no play through in which they let you win but then talk you into a reversal on a no play through and then they just suck up the money no bonuses no nothing. After winning $1168.00 then it became more difficult to get my money and after looking at my bank account one deposit became 2 of the same. Now they pass me back and forth from on to another.
