West Casino— player complaints: 7 in English

They took my money without giving me any kind of proof even i have asked them alot of times.

Westcasino operate illegally in Netherlands jurisdiction without license from duch gambling authorities. They locked my account without full refund of my deposits and without any reply on my emails.

On November 17, I created an account at West casino. I then deposited money twice. With my last deposit of €30,- I won quite a lot. Of course I paid the money right away. That was on Nov. 18. Now it is already November 24th and I have not heard anything about the payout. No emails either, and when I check the chat they tell me every time the finance team is approving it and they wish me the best of luck playing on. This doesn't sound completely clean, because I think they want me to cancel my payout and play through so that I lose everything. It also takes 6 days now and because I can only pay out a maximum of 2000 euros per week, the full payout of 12,000 euros will take a while. The casino always responds friendly but very politically correct to my questions. They are not very specific when it comes to the financial aspect. They were also able to verify my account within 1 day. I have a bit of a hard head about it, because I actually also read quite a lot of bad reviews about them and especially about the payout. Could you perhaps help me further? I hope to hear from you.

I request withdraw on 23rd June in west casino. Not yet processed the withdraw. Every time I chat with agent they told me everything is fine you will get your withdraw shortly. But now 6 days no withdraw yet. Why this casino taking too much time for a 500 euro only.

Hi, I have several issues with this casino. They were stalling my withdrawal and now the confiscated all of my winnings. I used the bonus, didn't break the rules and won a fair amount that got void. I never played in this casino before so I don't know how they can void my winnings, legally. It all sounds like a scam to me.

I have for many weeks tried to close my account at westcasino. I have asked the live chat 34 times. The live chat says that they cant close the account becasue that can only an account manager do. They send a request to an account manager but the account manaager doesn't answer. I have asked live chat 34 times and sent mail 4 times about closing but it didn't happened anything. Under this time lost maybe around 2000-4000 euro on this casino. At last they closed my account when i said i was going to send this request to mga. And they say that don't will pay back anything because there is no problem anymore, because they now have closed the account. What is this for underious casino??
