Wallace Bet— player complaints: 5 in English

On November 15, I received the following message from wallacebet: Dear [EDIT] We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been cancelled by the payments department and the amount of 3400CA$ has been removed from your balance due to the breach of the following Terms

The case happened in March 2022. I had gambled with Wallace for several months, almost always losing my deposit and bonus. This one time, I managed to win and complete the wager demands, and was able to withdraw. After this, problems began. Firstly, they demanded to do more extensive KYC, which was not accepted even though materials were correct - only after providing further materials and questioning them, the KYC was accepted. After this, I was able to make the withdraw request for 1000e out of the 2245.7€ winnings. This was cancelled, and I was notified my account was closed and money taken out due to arbitraging bets, and they only paid me my deposit of 200€, and 2025€ of winnings [EDIT]. The accusations were completely out of order, as my betting through out customership was similar - I always deposited 200€ or 100€ and tried to multiply by making consecutive bets (e.g place bet for 200€ with 3 odds, if win, try bet with the 600€ but with smaller risk). Therefore I feel they betrayed the customer rules, and havent experienced anything like this in European sites. Please help me, I have materials of the bets and messages with Wallacebet / LCS limited, who own it.

Dear The Pohh team, on 10.05 I made a withdrawal of 500€ using the bank transfer method. I was told the withdrawal was already paid but after nearly 2 weeks I still haven't received the money in my bank account. I have received a mail that I should contact my bank without any proof of payment by the casino as they claim they made the payment. (Obviously not!) The profile verification took over 1 month and now they also stalling the withdrawal with fake statements! There are a lot of claims on different casinos of the Campeon group with the exact same issue. That can't be a coincidence! Please help me since it's pathetic how players are treated here!

Hi, I have a problem with this casino. My account was fully verified but after withdrawal they are asking an additional ID verification with driving license or birth certification. I have only passport that is my official ID verification document. Passport is the only document that I need and other casino's have never asked any additional ID documents.

I took part in their promotion, and made a 300 euro deposit. I noticed that I only got 200 euros on top of this and opened their live chat. They told me that it is only up to 200 euros, even though they promote it up to 600 euros. They didnt manually add it for me, and I started playing. After winning 1.5k from Atlantis, they reduced my winnings because of "bonus violation, using bigger bet". Their VIP-bonus has a max bet of 20e, not 5e.
