I’ve been a playing rtg slots at their casinos for over 10 years. I am familiar with each casinos bonus terms and conditions. Specifically the cap they place on maximum wagering while the bonus is active. They all have a cap of ten dollars and some cap it at five. Asguard deluxe and princess warriors are examples of this. Rtg just rolled out princess warriors and I had inadvertently made 3 spins at 20 dollars due to rtg’s poor designing of the game. Of course this didn’t matter whatsoever to the finance department at uptown aces and they refuse to work with me for any payouts of this awesome run whatsoever. You can imagine I’ve been sick about this for weeks. 11 thousand dollars, the most I’ve ever won at at online or anywhere for that matter, gone in an instant. Denied my first withdrawal attempt after a painful verification process where they ask for everything but my first born. That took over 3 weeks. Then I finally get on a roll and play through all their playthrough requirements (which are higher than most) and then they tell me I used too many bonuses and denied my money. I deposited at uptown aces. Actually made a few consecutive deposits without winning anything or attempting cashout. Then I win enough to cash out $410 and left like $50 bucks or so in to play. Lost that and redeemed a $20 manager loyalty bonus that was placed in my coupon section .lost that. Hello, since July 19 I have been verified at UpTownAces casino. I sent a photo of my foreign passport, a bank statement, and a selfie with a passport. On August 1, I received a reply that I had not passed the verification. The casino did not request additional documents. My money $187.5 stayed at the casino. The casino do not answer me. Hi, I recently requested a payout from Uptown Aces of $174.12 due back to my Ecocard. They are telling me that they are refusing my payout due to the fact that I have claimed multiple bonuses without depositing which is not true at all. Below are all my transactions on Uptown aces on Uptown Aces. You can clearly see 2 deposits for $25 and $35, which did include a bonus and which also included the fact that I busted both deposits without cashing out. I played at Uptown Aces and was able to cashout. I didn't know that there was a cap on how much you could bet. I think I bet one round of 12.50 and I had no idea that was not allowed. It said winnings from that would be voided. So,they took all of my money. I would just like to get my payout. I am okay if they take the winnings that should be voided.
