Hello Guys! I deposited 150 euros in Bet2U and I received a bonus 100%. I was betting on Sportsbook and I met all the wagering requirements and finally requested a 700 euros withdrawal.  I fully verified my account and I made the withdrawal request on  17/11/2023 , after 10 days on 27/11 without receiving any response about my withdrawal the replied with this    Dear Customer, Our security department requests you to complete an additional verification step in the form of a video verification through Skype. Please send us your Skype ID and you shall be contacted by one of our operators. We thank you for your understanding and express our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience. -- Best Regards, Bet2U Support team   I have sent my skype ID 2 days now and I haven't  received any invitation or response I made also some reminders but i dont receive any response. Could you please anyone help me with that case? Does anyone know what type of question do they usually ask on that call?

Hello, I made 2 deposits of total 400 EUR to Bet2U and after a month or so I tried to withdraw my money after placing many bets.  My withdrawal request from Feb 7 is still not processed. I've contacted their costumer service multiple times, never got a proper response, just that it's still being processed.    I've attached the end of my last conversation with them.

Dear users the site bet2u which states in its terms and conditions: 29.11 After a user has made a withdrawal request, the request will be reviewed by Bet2U and within 3 working days of the request. I would like to specify that I have been using the site for 2 years and that I have completed the verification process and I have always withdrawn, however since 2021 the site has not provided me with more withdrawals, this is only the last in a series of withdrawals that have failed. From the chat I am continually told to contact them via email from which they reply to wait but by now the wait has exceeded the terms and conditions and I have a lot of balance to withdraw and I am forced to request withdrawals of 500 euros. I would like to ask for your help in resolving this issue and also for advice on which authority I should contact to get my balance back. Thank you for your attention and help. I joined Bet2U 8 weeks ago and deposited €500. I placed some bers and after winning and losing some football bets i ended up with €500 so decided to call it a day and withdraw the cash. After 2 dats i checked the ststus of my withdrawal request and the status changed to 'allowed withdraws' ..it is now in tgat ststus 4 weeks and support wil no longer answer my emails. Live chat just tell me to wait for an uodate from support.. truth is these are scammers and do not want to pay out!! They have a Curacao licence so its very difficult to maje a complaint and to try get my money back.. Can anyone help or advise? 

Hello everybody! I hope you can help me with this casino, even though it is not listed on your site. I've been playing at this casino for years, deposited there every week since last autumn, and I have also made successful withdrawals few times, most recently a couple of months ago. Hello.I also have a pending verification process with a site that you have helped others before - Bet2U.com. It started with my registration, when I uploaded all the necessary documents. Afterwards I deposited money and also made some withdrawals - everything through Skrill. Later I was called to make Skype verification, which I did successfully.It has been now almost more than a month and they still have not finished the verification so I can make a withdrawal. It is very funny, because before that I have lost some money with them and there were no problems. Bet2u are holding back my funds, running me in circles with the same messages about forwarding my request to the right department. I played through their 100% Friday bonus, received 2 payouts and then they started to run me in circles, clearly to avoid paying out the rest. I've received payouts from them about 3-4 times before, never any hassle, but now it's been 2 months. I've been a customer with them for approx. 10 months and my account was verified early on. I've tried to contact support, but [email protected] has only answered me once, with the same nonsense about forwarding to the relevant depratment. So my account has been verified, I've received pauouts in the past, and now they're not willing to release my funds, approx. 2500 Euro. Then they suddenly wanted to verify my account with Skype, which is strange by itself as my account was verified and I've received 3 or 4 payouts earlier. The purpose was to verify my account but in reality was all about the rules they have, felt like they tried to set me up to fail. They promised to get back to me within 2 working days, now it's been 28 days and I still haven't heard anything from them. Contacted chat, and now they're claiming that it may take up to 20 working days to verify the account.Another way of dragging me in circles.
