Casino have kept my winnings of £500 and closed my account for no reason . Won playing blackjack in live casino . Did not play any bonus

Good afternoon, Today marks the 8th working day since my withdrawal of £400 and I still haven't received my winnings in my bank account. It also marks the 6th working day since my withdrawal of £500 and again I've not received the funds in my bank account yet. From experience oversees bank transfer doesn't usually take over 5 working days to be cleared. Checked with my bank this morning and they cannot see any incoming payments from you. Red lion are simply saying that they have processed my withdrawals and that I will receive them as soon as possible, they are failing to provide me with any evidence of them sending me the funds. I made 3 deposits of £50 one of these was credited to my casino account however the other 2 were not I have contacted the casino and sent photo evidence of this and they are still yet to respond, overall there response time is awful even though they say online chat is available 24/7 very misleading, I have also asked on several occasions to set a deposit limit and they never action or respond to this request

I had a missing deposit of £500 which on over a number of days I made contact with the casino with proof. They closed my account with no reasoning and still haven't given me back my money even though I have sent in excess of 30 emails and online message forms. I also requested that they add the additional funds on my deposits (fees) which it states they will do if you contact support, these add up to close to another £500.

The Red Lion Casino took £611.39 worth of deposits during my time of self exclusion with them. After complaining and them saying no further deposits will be accepted from now on, they said that had I won anything during my period of self-exclusion, they would have honoured the payout, so they are unwilling to return my deposits.I don’t accept their response as being either acceptable or responsible, so I’m still wanting a full refund on the amount mentioned earlier.

The casino is not listed in your dropdown but I was told via email to submit a complaint via here. I have deposited and lost over 20k over a few weeks https://theredlioncasino.com Initially, the VIP manager was very responsive offering bonsues etc. For the past 3 weeks, I send them an email every few days as part of responsible gambling to close my account down and there's not even an acknowledgment of my email. Despite repeated requests this company is acting irresponsibily and very unprofessional. I think this company is a scam just after people's money and refusing to answer emails.
