Sunrise Slots— player complaints: 29 in English

I am submitting this complaint towards Sunrise Slots due to there lack of communication as well as their lack of customer satisfaction skills. I submitted my withdraw request on the 23rd of September after sending in all of the required verification documents. A couple days later on the 27th of September my account shown that my withdraw request was approved along with all my documents that were needed for the verification process. A week went by and email was sent from the casino stating my Bitcoin wallet address was in process of being verified and that it would take 5-10 business days for it to be approved. Now after patiently waiting the 10 business days I proceeded to chat with customer support about what was going on with my withdrawal. I was then told to please patiently wait 7-10 business and my funds would be received. So after another 10 business days I checked my Bitcoin wallet and still nothing was received. Since then I have been hounding customer support an I get told the same thing please be patient and they will escalate the problem to be fixed as soon as possible. May I also note I have talked to multiple managers from the casino and was also told the same thing. It's now October 29th and I still have yet to see my approved withdrawal request and it has gotten to the point of ridiculousness and I'm about to find an attorney to help me with this matter if it is not resolved soon.

I requested a withdrawal via bitcoin on Aug 19, it has been 37 days and I have received nothing. Upon contacting customer service they have told me there is an additional 8-10 WEEK delay for withdrawals. I’m thinking this site is just a scam avoid at all costs. The only updates I got was when I reached out via chat and to update my BTC address and then I chatted again the next week and now they’re saying BTC withdrawals are delayed 10 weeks and to change my withdrawal method and restart the month long withdrawal process all over again. Awful

this is a screen print of the day my money was supposed to be transfered to my bitcoin... it's been over a week and a half and one month later since I won my winnings.. The only thing they keep reciting to me is that the money is on its way... Yet never shows up... The casino states that using the Bitcoin wallet payout method I would receive my payout instantly... And yet here we are one month later... I jumped through their hoops and my payout is APPROVED... They just won't release the funds to me... I suggest no one go to this casino unless they don't expect money to be won... They say they are the most trusted casino... The only thing I am beginning to trust is that they are full of crap! Don't go... They are no more then con artist with money and a bunk ass website casino..... Judging from the numerous complaints over the same payout issue... It won't be long till this cosino flops due to law suits. Please help... I need this money for my business and this run around they have given me is heartbreaking and morally unethical.

I have been waiting since June 24th for sunrise slots to pay me they keep saying that on 06/30/22 the payment processor sent my money but now we are just waiting for confirmation and that the payment processor is delayed sending my wire transfer even though I asked to be paid out in Bitcoin. Mind you they have sent me 2 promo emails talking about deposit and withdraw via Bitcoin you can have you money within 48 hours but they keep saying the payment processor is delayed. Just two days ago a person from the financial team emailed me asking me for my updated Bitcoin address but then the lady [EDIT] told me stop asking for your money to be sent in Bitcoin it’s not happening it was sent wire transfer and you will get it when you get it stop emailing us everyday we can’t help that the payment processor is delayed leave us alone until you get confirmation from us

I think these pictures say it all ! I have been trying to get my fairly won winnings for a long time. And I keep getting shewed off! They blame it on their processor. I have complied with all their rules and have done all the requirements needed for a widthdrawl. It was approved back in June 22nd. And it was supposed to be a Bitcoin widthdrawl. Which in their emails they claim the fastest way to get your widthdrawl 48hrs or less! They still send out those emails even tho they have a "processor issue".  Don't spend your money on them. They are so rude and don't care about there customers! 

I would like too know how a person wins a 7thousand828dollars.and only get a 100 dollars out of it I think it's a scam .100 from7,828 dollars you tell me and I did the playthrough and everything and still only got a 100bucks out of the money so we're does it go when the person who won it can't have it

Hi there, I signed up the above casino and got s $100 sign up bonus. Do I made the playthtough and submitted my withdrawal on the 21ste of June. It's nearly 21ste July. Everytime I go ask them about my withdrawal they just keep exstending the the time frame. I mean it's ludicrous to have to wait 40,-60 days for s eithdrawl go be paid out. Someone must go make fire under their asses and just go scare them...no body wants to win and not get your money...regards

Sunrise Slots has not paid a withdrawal request made in November and approved in December 2020. The amount is $517 after bonus of $99 removed and all paperwork requirements have been met. Thank you for your help

I have had a withdrawal pending since July 24. I called yesterday and spoke with somebody and they were going to escalate it. Today it is not pending anymore. I have had to wait 3 weeks for them just to approve my withdrawal. Now, there is no telling how long I have to wait until I actually receive it. What can be done? Thanks.
