On 27th February 2022 I requested an account closure due to a gambling addiction, they confirmed this in live chat and agreed to refund me the money on 15th April 2022 and now it’s a week later and no money in my btc account, now they are ignoring my emails and keep closing the live chat! I just want my Money back and resolved as this is really effecting my mental health

I made a deposit if 25.00, then won 380.00. I submitted my withdraw request and 8 days later it was denied, first saying my initial deposit never went through, and secondary they stated that my winnings were limited to 5x my deposit. They just don't want to pay what they owe. I did not use any promotion etc with my deposit so they cannot limit my winnings and why would 125.00 be put back on my acct if they never received my deposit. They are lying and I want the entire amount I won, the 380.00

I received an email 8/1 indicating funds would be sent 8/2 or early this week at the lastest. Nothing has been sent. I have contacted live chat daily regarding withdrawal and they have no explanation in why not sent and just keep stating an email will be sent when done. I have emailed vip@sunpalace as well as vipdept@mainstreet ( the parent company). In the past I have received as indicated in their first email. Main Street told me they payout based on vip level but no indication of what those specifics are. I have received quickly in past and once even by crediting the card used which occurs instantly. cashed out on March 7th, 2018 for $600. I was informed by the finance department that it takes 12-15 to get funds through direct deposit. Withdrew $400 on 7-19. All documents have been sent and approved. Payment still has not been sent. Repeated chats with finance department has resulted in either "I can't give you a date" or several "it will be here in a few days" promises that never actually happen.

I have outstanding issue with SunPalaceCasino.eu on because of two credit cards that they authorized were immediately subjected to numerous fraudulent withdrawals by unknown third party. The bank had to cancel both credit cards and resend me a third credit card. In addition the SunPalaceCasino.eu Blackjack game was suspiciously programmed so that I was repeatedly dealt the same opening card of 12 that always busted against the dealers.

I have had a withdrawal pending since June 2 and today is June 27. I emailed them and they say it could take up to 2 more weeks to be processed. I have a total of 3765.54. They only let you withdraw 2500.00 at a time. So instead of sending 2500.00 all in one check, they split it up in 3 different checks. That means I have to pay 30.00 for each check. $500 withdrawn on 11-28 still not paid, another $300 on 12-8 and $500 more in late December not paid. All documents have been verified. Every time I contact their Finance Dept. it's the same response from support"within 2 weeks." They said in mid December and again in early January. Still nothing.
