I won on 19k on spins america and from the beginning it's been a nightmare ! I did get the first 10k ( they said I could only claim 10k at a time ) after a lengthy period of waiting, they had claimed theor payment processing system was down, yet , it wasn't down to take deposits. I been trying since July 1st to get the remaining and being told once again that their payment processing isn't working ! I have been waiting almost two weeks for a reply from the support team for this casino. I’ve done my kyc and it says it’s completed and approved, but in the redeem part of the site it says still pending. I’ve contacted these people like 4 times from my email I signed up with, another email regarding maybe it was a blocked issue, I’ve contacted every one of their social medias and still not a single answer back. I put In a withdraw on the second of July they sent me an email two days later saying it was approved. But I looked in my casino account and it had been declined. They said my bank declined it and to contact my bank. That was a lie they never sent the payment at all. Then I did the withdraw once again and they declined it once again stating that my bank account is a joint account which it is and my name is on it. And also their terms clearly state they will pay to joint account as long as they are not minors which I told them it was me and my wife’s account and that I could provide that verification if they needed it. But they do not email me back and declined my withdraw once again with no reason when I told them that they are going against there own terms . It's been 2 months trying to redeem, sent me detailed email of almost impossible to do new verifications, like holding the printed copy of charge on card next to my face and having it all readable, I'm blowing everything on stupid shit, I would never play this company again, even though it says verified, they want all this extra stuff with selfies, freaking dumbest , this place steals ya money

I'm in the same boat put in a redemption for 1250 got declined to my bank 3 times sent in all required documents now trying prepaid card and 3 weeks later and still no one has gotten back to me at all about anything 

I put in my redemption on this date they said they were having delays cause of their new payout provider they were implementing. But they said payouts would be instant before they ever changed over . Now I can’t get paid last time anybody got back to me was on the 15th of December. I have my pending withdraw plus also 1,700 usd in my casino account that I need to withdraw as well but have to wait for the first one to go through. Can you guys help me out and if possible what could be my next steps on getting a hold of the company they are registered with to submit a complaint to them.
