Same issue here I verified my account trying to withdraw but it's saying verification pending I contacted supported just waiting to hear back  email : go**** name: Nadarrion Land

I have been waiting almost two weeks for a reply from the support team for this casino. I’ve done my kyc and it says it’s completed and approved, but in the redeem part of the site it says still pending. I’ve contacted these people like 4 times from my email I signed up with, another email regarding maybe it was a blocked issue, I’ve contacted every one of their social medias and still not a single answer back. It's been 2 months trying to redeem, sent me detailed email of almost impossible to do new verifications, like holding the printed copy of charge on card next to my face and having it all readable, I'm blowing everything on stupid shit, I would never play this company again, even though it says verified, they want all this extra stuff with selfies, freaking dumbest , this place steals ya money

I put In a withdraw on the second of July they sent me an email two days later saying it was approved. But I looked in my casino account and it had been declined. They said my bank declined it and to contact my bank. That was a lie they never sent the payment at all. Then I did the withdraw once again and they declined it once again stating that my bank account is a joint account which it is and my name is on it. And also their terms clearly state they will pay to joint account as long as they are not minors which I told them it was me and my wife’s account and that I could provide that verification if they needed it. But they do not email me back and declined my withdraw once again with no reason when I told them that they are going against there own terms .
