Hello there, Joseph Selisker here, I’ve been having issues getting my withdrawal with slots wind Casino. Not sure why I play at a lot of their casinos lion slots, spinoverse , platinum reels casino and diamond reels casino . I have never had a problem getting paid until now. I requested withdrawal on 20 December and they have been telling me forever that they’re bitcoin payment processor is currently under maintenance I’ve been hearing this for weeks and they took away the option to withdraw bitcoin but you can make a deposit with bitcoin I’m just not happy about it considering I spend a lot of money on their sites. I played on a free 50 spin max withdraw $100. Ok cool. I ended up winning. So now I’m on to the verification with my id and all that stuff. My address I guess was not good enough along with my id,face,credit card numbers, so I had to re submit that and that took 2days. .. in the mean time I do a deposit and used my card. Started winning got up to $300 and decided to withdraw a total amount of $400. $100 including the win from the 50 free spins. Well come to find out my bank don’t do international transfers. (Dang) So I asked if I could do another deposit with bitcoin and not my card. So that I could get a withdrawal to my bitcoin address.They said no I did the verification deposit with a card so that’s what I have to get my winnings to. That’s ridiculous I should be able to withdraw to anything I want after I do any form of deposit. So basically, I said what are my options? Then gave me a list of banks. So I open a whole new bank account this was Jan 7th. I started playing dec 28th or so. So I’m about a week of trying to get my winnings. 3 days in with everything set . They said 24 to 48 hours. Hi LCBers.  I would like to second what's been said about Slotswin. They definitely do not want to pay out.  Their term and conditions (which are not easily accessed/linked) are not exactly consistent with what is stated/implied in the info icons on the site, or  what support will state/imply.  It’s all very disappointing. I requested $550 withdrawal. I was in contact with support several times to make sure everything looked correct ….the documents, the verification, the wager. And because my $25 verification deposit processed to them for $24.98 they declined my withdrawal request and seized it all. No chance to send the two pennies, or another verification deposit, or even a chance to play it in their casino. I’m just speechless. It’s not as though I deposited $24.98.  If anyone out there had )and received) a crypto withdrawal from Slotswin, and it happened to come in at 2cents over the requested amount, you’re welcome. :) If anybody’s was 2cents short….well, never mind, that’s probably covered in the terms and conditions.  Such a bummer

We need a rep for this casino I don't know how to get my account verified with this casino.  There's no instruction whatsoever.
