Raw Entertainment Limited, Reg No HE421735, having its registered address at Voukourestiou, 25, Neptune House, 1st Floor, Flat/Office11, Zakaki,3045, Limassol, Cyprus is a wholly owned subsidiary of Raw Entertainment BV Raw Entertainment Limited acts as a paying and operational agent on behalf of Raw Entertainment BV 18 to play. My access data are the following: Username: [EDIT] registered and linked email: [EDIT[ I describe the problem I have with this casino which does not want to respond for the total deposits made to their accounts linked to my personal account and that they provided on their respective platform. The addresses provided by them for deposits in LTC is the following: [EDIT] and for deposits in ETH is the following: [EDIT] I attach an image where the wallets are indicated on the roobet page. the problem is that they NEVER credited the funds I sent to their addresses. I spoke directly to them, commenting on the issue ... in which they recognized the error and started crediting me with some of the transactions. But the moment I started withdrawing my money ... they stopped and therefore stopped verifying and approving my transactions. I also enclose the amounts that they credited me. I need a solution to this and the full refund of my cryptocurrency funds, since as I mentioned before they were never properly credited to my Roobet.com account. Notably, they don't reply to my emails and they blocked me from their live support. I leave my addresses for the corresponding return. Had 2 pending withdrawals value $5000 AUD each,at Roocasino.They have been voided because I breached Active Bonus bet of maximum $8 AUD. I understand for standard player $8 AUD is the maximum bet. As a VIP player the Active Bonus maximum bet is $15 AUD.i was betting $10 AUD during the wagering requirement which wasn’t a breach of the terms and conditions. I contacted customer support asking if my account was VIP, they replied in the chat YES. In the same chat,once confirmed my VIP status,I questioned why they cancelled my withdrawals as no breach was made under VIP terms and conditions Active Bonus. They then replied apologizing for misunderstanding,my account has been downgraded to standard player. I have evidence of emails with special VIP offers and proof from customer support confirming same chat i was VIP player.i have never received NOTIFICATION prior that my VIP status had been downgraded. This is fraudulent practice they are using. Could you please investigate on my behalf on assisting me in retrieving my winnings.

Casino wanted extra verification on account taking 8 weeks with each reponse. A different reason and more documents required. All documents require were sent through including signed by lawyer proving my identity. Acknowledged my win a number of times including receiving an email from VIP offering me to wager an amount and they would increase my payment from $5000 - $10000.
