Hello, have been a customer with rivalo for a decent while now, but i have noticed that whenever it comes to them paying out its always a big time hassle and stress. Presently since 17th December 2018, I have been trying to withdraw my winnings and they keep giving one excuse after the other. Firstly all the payment platforms that i usually use are no longer there for withdrawal (skrill,neteller,BTC) and i usually use ecopayz for deposit as well. They keep telling me they have technical issues and i'm now fed up with their excuses. They have multiple payment platforms running for depositing but when it comes to withdrawl it is a headache.
