Ridika— player complaints: 14 in English

I made an account with Ridika Casino, deposited 500€ and accepted a welcome bonus 300% - so I had a total of 2000€ to play with. After some playing, when my balance was 3785,93 €, I tried to withdraw - the casino let me make a withdrawal request of 2263 € (the real money portion of the balance) and deleted the rest of the balance - the bonus part. Afterwards, I was contacted and told, that I still needed to complete the wagering of (deposit + bonus)x30, even though the bonus was totally cancelled from my balance and never returned. So that’s what I did - basically wagering my own real money. After all of the wagering, my balance was 17737,37 euros. I then requested a withdrawal of 5000 e, which is the max cashout per month according to the chat assistant? I was later called to by a manager, who stated that the max cashout when playing with a bonus, is 11x deposit, which makes 5500 € in my case - that amount was also paid out to me via wire transfer. However, at that point, the rest of the balance - 17237,37 € - was voided. So basically they cancelled my bonus already at a very early stage (when I tried to withdraw before completing the wagering), and still made me do the wagering with the real money, and still claimed the max cashout rule, even though the bonus was ALREADY cancelled and only real money was left on the account balance! I have pictures and screenshots of everything. I have contacted the casino myself and they refuse to restore my balance. So I thought to try this out as well, and if it won’t work this way either, I am really advising everyone to stay as far away from this casino as possible.

I excluded myself from Ridika casino on 19.10.18 explaining my problem gambling difficulties and I was assured that my account would be closed for 5 years which reassured me. I was under the impression that I would not be able to register at any sister sites although Ridika did not provide me with a list of these at the time. Two weeks ago I signed up at the casino called Gale Martin. Unbeknown to me it turns out it is a sister site of Ridika. I was allowed to deposit and play with funds - I think I deposited 230 euros altogether. I subsequently self-excluded when I realised I was not in control of my spending and my account was closed. I don’t think it’s fair that Gale Martin didn’t tell me Ridika was a sister site of theirs. It seems like you they do not take responsible gambling seriously which is worrying. Had I known I would never have registered an account with them. Most casinos detect if someone tries to sign up who has already excluded from sister sites. I feel very let down that Gale Martin did not do this. I therefore would like them to refund me all of my deposits because had I tried to withdraw funds they would have prohibited this on the grounds of me being self-excluded from Ridika. So in effect I was just wasting money. I have contacted Gale Martin but they are refusing to engage with my complaint. Please could you help @ The Pogg? Thank you.

On the 3rd of March 2020 I made a withdrawal of 2500 euro from Ridika casino. Verification was quick and support were great throughout the process however when I received payment it was under by a pretty big amount. For some reason rather than pay it all in one go I received a bunch of small card refunds totalling £493.96 on the 10th of march and a wire transfer for £1549.74 on the 11th of March. this is a total of £2043.70. On todays exchange rate (unsure what the rate was on the day the withdrawal was paid but it doesn't fluctuate much) this would total 2203.71 euro which is the best part of 300 euro underpaid. I have sent proof of what was paid to the casino and they are adamant that they have paid the full amount. I have checked with my bank twice and no charges were applied to any incoming funds. Now the casino support have been fobbing me off for over a week with stories about waiting for tracking numbers. I just want this resolved. I have all chat transcripts saved and all the proof if nneded to post here. thanks guys.

I been playing to ridika.com I lost lot of money finally with my last deposit I won 1000 euro and I made withdrawal and 4 days later I have call from ridika manager and them cancel my withdrawal for no reason and don’t pay for me nothing at all I been emailing so many times and them say to me is it final design more funny thing is it because them say to me u play in one slot game which no allowed to play no one there if I’m no allowed to play there why that game is it to ridika slots on them terms and conditions I read so many times I don’t see no where about that game u no allowed to play I hope someone gonna help here ridika to pay my money back Thank u

deposited 100 euro, and received an instant deposit bonus but before any bets was made i asked support to cancel bonus amount. I made bets only on one slot and after two days i won 2300€. i decided to withdraw full amonut. After verification process i received an email that my withdrawal was successful, but instead of 2300€ they refunded my deposit without an explanation so far( still waiting for the call from vip manager). Please advise

They tell me that I was playing whilst a bonus was in place. I was given 40euros without being asked. I did not use it and was playing a slot game that was real money only, you could not play it with bonus money. I won 8000 euros and when I withdrew it, they said your bonus will be forfeited, so I accepted this and they took the bonus back. They requested identity authorisation e.g the normal documents you send. Seven days later I received a call telling me under T&C I can only receive 700 euros withdrawal because I was playing whilst a bonus was in place, this is despite the fact that it was taken back and I was playing a cash only game. The person delivering this information was not at all interested with my pleas.

I have had a phone call today stating I would not recieve any of my funds and be refunded just over 150 euros ( I have deposited over £1000 over the past week). My withdrawal was pending for 8 full days (22.07.2018-30.07.2018). The casino states I have breached their terms by playing on Roulette before my wagering requirements were up. This may be the case, however, I went on to deposit more money after making my first withdrawal. I also won using this money, then the site only allows one withdrawal at a time, which meant to withdraw the other funds I would either, need to wait for the withdrawal to be refused like it has been, then withdraw my funds I have won without a bonus. I feel this has a case as I didn't win some money with money used from the original bonus. i am aware of the previous reviews on this site all too well but I was too late and had deposited. It is a large amount and I feel most of the amount is being held unfairly.

I played on 26th June 2018 and deposited at total of 262.24 euros in the space of appoximately 1 hour and 10 minutes. All my deposits were at least 20.00 euros each the largest beig 22.24 euros. On my last deposit of 20.00 Euros I won 7,030.00 euros which i decided to withdraw. Ridika called me two days afterwards, after me emailing my identification which they accepted and told me "When you joined our site you accepted and agreed to our Terms and Conditions, one of which states that no single bet may be equal to or more than 30% of your deposit amount. Upon checking your gaming history our Financial Department found one or more bets which violate this Term. This unfortunately voids your winnings and we will refund your non lost deposit of €20 to you. They said there decision was final. I used no bonuses at all during the night, and only played with my own money, I did however spin with big bets. These bets would not exceed their terms and conditions if the total hour and 10 minutes of deposits was taken into consideration. They should not have allowed me to make such large bets, the option should not have even been available, I have never seen terms and conditions such as these before.

I joined ridika a few months ago, filled in all the relevant information on sign up and even clicked the option to show I live in the uk. deposited a few hundred pounds give or take after I didn’t win anything I then went on to selfexclude myself so I wouldn’t be tempted to play on that particular site again ( I know that’s not not what’s that’s intended for). Anyway today I was on a review site and clicked on ridika and noticed they didn’t have a uk gaming license, then I read there terms and conditions and it clearly state that uk players are NOT allowed to join. So I went on live chat and asked if the except uk players and they said yes you are welcome to join and enjoy our bonuses. (I have the screenshot of that). So I then asked for my deposits back as there is no way on earth they would have paid me if I had won something but they won’t reply. Please help!

hi i gambled over 6500 in 1000 eoro increments euros took no bonus as i know they are so difficult to win with so i always decline them so this was money i deposited without a bonus i played salon prive that allows high stakes after many hours i was left with a balance of 89900 ...i asked to withdraw and have now had a telephone call to say i have won nothing as my bets exceeded the allowed 30 % of deposit i hadnt read this as i have never before had this if casinos take the bets i presumed they stood as bonifidi bets. i am devastated to be told i havent won anything yet they allowed me to keep depositing and staking high amounts surely if this is not allowed it should not be accepted when you put the stake on. i joined ridika in fridays23/32018 and got 300% bonus i deposit 30euro.i played after there condition for bonus and won. so i did a withdrawal 1200 euro .they wanted documentetion so the hole weekend i sent a lots of email to ridika . after last mail yesterday the told me it wasclear with the ducumentation ,i asked when do i get my money.4-6days . 28/3 [EDIT] from ridika phoned me an explain they have the right to keep 900 euros .and to pay me 330 euros . in the condition they said it was 11% of the deposion . and i said that did i dont see .beaucuse when i got memeber it stod 300% bonus and*30 .not more so they keeping 900 euro .and [EDIT] told me they will send the money today .they still at my playaccount . i have photos at the withdrawal at 1200 on the site .can u please help me with these mvh [EDIT]

Sorry a bit more meat on the bones from my previous complaint. I received a 6euro cash bonus from ridika after depositing numerous times. I played a game called the angler and won approx 425 euros on a feature from a 1 euro spin.After playing on with my winnings on various games I decided to cash out at 300 euro.which I did. Today the 300 euro was confiscated due to a breach of terms. My mistake and the reason they gave me was that I played a few hands of blackjack maybe 10 from memory. This all seems a bit harsh as these people are so nice when they want your money. I'm wondering if I have any grounds for complaint. After reading some reviews I see you have black listed this casino,and the impression I get is that they are a ragtag outfit. I was interested to see that maybe they do not hold a proper licence. I deposited legitimately, received a bonus. Played through the full bonus and requested a withdrawal of 166 euros. I received a request for the ID, sent in everything, they disputed my proof of address. I then sent an email and asked them what else I needed in order to withdrawal. They advised the only thing I needed was proof of address. I submitted this, then I received an email to advise that due to irregular play my withdrawal has been cancelled and returned to the casino. I logged into the account to find that they had indeed rejected my withdrawal and kept my winnings.I emailed them and they have refused to acknowledge the emails. I have only deposited the one time and have been waiting for the money but to no avail. I hope you will be able to help. Thanks

Ridika Casino. Played with real money, made deposits and even a few approved withdrawals but the last and biggest of 10 000€ wasnt approved due to breaking the rules. Played normally like everyone does, with my own money, no bonusmoney at all and won money. Casino isn't answering to my emails anymore and I cannot even see my gaming history anymore to check my bets. They refuse to give me any proof of me breaking the T&C and now I am left with 0€ in my casino account. They gave me back some of my money because I had a deposit limit of 600€ set after I made the 10 000€ withdrawal but I was still able to deposit more than that so they gave the part that went over the deposit limit back but I am still missing a lot of money. I have screenshots of my deposits and chat conversation with the casino manager and all of my withdrawals. Thank you in advance. I am sorry that I made this complaint saying the casino is Madame Chance but it was the closest thing because they appear to be the same company as Ridika and Gale and Martin working under Alpha Interactive Solutions
