Playzee - nightmare
i made a withdraw in nov 10th and with much ado!! I got my Id cleared and so on, then they said they would send my cash and it would be another 3 to 7 days! But it never did.. that was back in Nov I have gone back and forth with them right up to today i sent the a bank statement with all info on it 3 times now and in PDF format and i talked to this person in charge [EDIT] who said she would get right back to me days ago and never did. So i went back on the so called live help and after hours of explaining and answering the same questions over and over, they tell me it can take ten days after i sent in my bank statement !! to them again!!! omg i have done that 3 times i can also see that they did in fact get the statement and they have opened it and yet they are saying no and that i have to wait for them to send it back to there accountants and they will get back to me with in 48 hours AGAIN. and that i need my bank to send the a official letter! But when I talked to my bank they said it would cost me to send such a letter and that the office bank statement Ive sent 4 or 5 times now should be enough

Playzee - Unfair Practice
I deposited $280CAD at Playzee.com and regrettably accepted the welcome bonus. After I met the wagering requirements, I decided to withdraw the maximum amount allowed in the amount of $2,500CAD.
Close to one week after initiating that withdraw, I was told that I broke the rules and all my winnings would be confiscated and instead of immediately transferring only my deposit to my bank account, they stuck it back into my Playzee playing account in hopes that I'll waste it. Due to that, it would take even more time for me to get my money back into my hands.
Apparently, for accepting the welcome bonus and using Neteller to deposit funds, I wouldn't be allowed to withdraw any winnings. My question to them is, why not? They received the funds no matter how the money was deposited - so why does that really matter - and there wasn't a LOUDER way for me to see this critical rule at the time of depositing. Good luck trying to comb through the pages of their website in order to find it! If they really cared about users understanding this stipulation, then why wouldn't they state it RIGHT NEXT to the deposit button? The reason being... they want to surprise most about this and keep their winnings! I'm sure most wouldn't accept the welcome bonus if they had a greater chance of learning about this rule before depositing.
Also, I had broken another rule... I bet more than $5CAD while my bonus was activated. Well, you need to bet FAR more than $5 of course in order to meet the wagering requirement for the chance to withdraw. So, how does that make any sense?
Then when asking about withdrawing my deposit of $280 only, they said that my deposit was for $270, which is a lie and when the deposit finally arrived in my bank account, they took an additional fee of $21.79CAD. Plus, I had to pay my bank a $14CAD fee for the transfer. If they had done an Interac eTransfer to my account, then I would have saved that additional fee.
In short, this is a very sneaky and deceptive website that does everything it can to ensure that the player loses and I don't think they care too much about repeat business.
To make things more fair to the players, they really must put the most important rules in terms of the welcome bonus RIGHT NEXT to the deposit button so less users will miss this stipulation.
Really, online casinos have the edge when it comes to odds, so it's crummy how companies such as Playzee.com do everything else they can to swindle their customers.
Enough said!
A disgruntled EX-customer.

Playzee - Self excluded but accepted
I have an issue with this casino for allowing me to register while I already was self excluded on their network in 2017. I was not aware that Playzee are part of the WHG network. We came to an agreement back in 2017, as I mentioned an earlier flaw in their self exclusion system. We also agreed that I would not try to circumvent my self exclusion, which in my opinion is not the case as I was unaware of the presence of this casino network operating the casino.
I deposited and played around 1300 EUR without the knowledge that I would not be able to cashout or win anything due to this active self exclusion. I contacted their support and they state that I circumvented my self exclusion and that they don't have to return deposits, which I find unfair as I also had no chance in winning anything under these conditions.
I know due to my addiction that I registered and tried to register on a lot of casino's in the last couple of years, including WHG casino's. But in my opinion a casino, especially a casino network with around 20 active casino's, should be able to detect multiple accounts and self exclusions if they are implemented on the whole network.
As I was self excluded multiple years ago, I got new contact details and moved to a new home and therefor the system did not detect my details. I question the legitimacy of this system as it only detects on registration details that can change over the years (address, email, phone etc). That would mean that a lot of self excluded players, that moved to a new home or got new contact details are currently able to register again on one of their casino's.
Such mistakes are easily made, as it is not always clear which casino group is operating a casino. This is especially the case when you play and register on mobile. Therefor I would expect a failproof detection system that detects self exclusions or multiple accounts based on personal details that don't change. Like full name in combination with date of birth. That is the only way to really protect self excluded players.
I do admit my own mistakes, and I should be more careful. But their response and decision to keep deposits under these conditions, show me that they willingly or unwillingly profit from self excluded players this way. They implemented a win-win situation as they can keep deposits while they also don't have to payout any winnings when people would cashout.
To conclude, it is not fair this way and in my opinion they should make better effort to detect these registrations as the detection is currrently based on registration details that can change over the years.
