PlayGrand— player complaints: 10 in English

hello sir, I was a customer of playgrand and my account got Rs 5,00,00 on 13/02/2022. On that day someone got my account password and withdrew this money from my account. I came to know about this on 15/02/2022. 2022 so I informed the people of playgrand about this. So they told me that this happened due to your mistake and you are responsible for this even though we will try to get your money back. But till date I have not got my money back.Then recently I came to know that it was my friend who withdrew illegal money from my account. So I went to his house and talked to the people of his house about this incident. So knowing what my friend told me, the ground moved from under my feet. He withdrew money using much better no but muchbetter returned the money to the merchant. I have all proof of this .But I have not been refunded by playgrand yet.Please help me.I will be thankful to you all my life.

I withdrew two amounts of winnings,one of $6500 and one of $3500,both were accepted on 25.2.2023 but this money from Playgrand casino has not arrived in my bank account after 13 business days. I have spoken to the online support multiple times and each time they have told me my issue has been escalated to the relevant team and I need to wait for a response,but so far I have not received any communication from said team. All my accepted winnings from this casino have arrived in my account the day after acceptance,except this time.

They asked me to send them a bank statement I did that and then they asked me to send a bank statment from my other bank account that was a bit sus but I still did that then after 5 days they asked me to again send a bank statemnt from my other account but I already sent it anyways now I send it again. They just keep asking the same question over and over again even tho I did everything they asked for

I took the first deposit bonus (100%) I deposited 300 euros and got 300 euro bonus. I played secrets of atlantis with 5euro bet and after i had wagered my deposit 1x i withdrawed the money. After a day or two i got a email from playgrand saying that i had abused their bonus and they are not paying me any winnings. Please do help me I have done nothing wrong...

Hello, I played 12.9.2020 This casino playgrand welcome bonus, and played it 100€ deposit with 100€ welcome bonus, total start balance 200€. I Played game secrets of atlantis or twin spin, im not sure but other, with 5€ bet and wagered the welcome bonus. After wagering I had 500€ balance and did withdrawal. They are not paying my winnings. They arent responsing my emails. They asked me alot documents and I sent all documents they asked, and they approved them. Since may this year I'm experiencing issues from Playgrand. They falsely claim that my provided Visa credit card is not accepted anymore, but that's the same one I've used to load my balance and received my past winnings. The support hosts team leader in the live chat is telling me he hasn't the power to increase the speed of my process. I've always been told that it's under review. The financial department is feeding me with information about "please give us more time to review your case". They have my PayPal meanwhile and three bank account information which I provided in PDF as they requested. All together with my credit card, PayPal, PSB Bank, Union Bank. there are four ways to pay me out.

I deposited 100.00 and had a moderate win in cash funds (no bonus used), and attempted to withdraw 302.10. They claim that I broke the promotional terms and conditions by using the same IP address as someone else, and refuse to pay my winnings. Well I have been playing at the casino for quite awhile probably deposited close to 4 or 5 grand, I won 12 grand played thru 10 thousand cashed out 2000.00 was asked for ID and something with my address so sent my bank statement which has my address, I'm told the withdrawal was accepted , then I get an email saying they need an alternate bank statement they don't process payments to tangerine bank. So I give them my direct deposit form from my People's trust account, which is a debit/credit prepaid service thru money mart that People's trust is the bank behind. Well they continue asking me for alternate statements so I send again, then they said they need a statement with my balance in account the currency of account, my name address, transit number institution number bank's address and name of bank. Well they don't provide statements with all that info on it I'm told by People's trust that they shouldn't need anything more than the routing number if its international transfer and then the direct deposit form. So I send that form and playgrand don't get back to me for days, they finally message again and say it's been accepted they need a swift code tho well Canada doesn't have SWIFT codes they have routing numbers so once again I send that I get a statekent/page of details from that account that have every single detail I was asked for including the routing number all the account information balance account number etc. Now it's coming up to 3 weeks soon since I've first asked for the withdrawal. I have cashed out at other casinos. Never had issues. My driver's license and bank statement should be enough to verify me not to mention the bank statement i sent them shows All the e transfers sent to gigadat everytime I deposited using e transfers which was every single time. You would think after all this and the amount I've spent in this casino they could at least return my emails in some sort of way other than asking for documents of which they have already received. It's ridiculous and I've even deposit More money probably a few hundred SINCE asking for this withdrawal and they still can't pay me the tiny little bit of money I'm asking for in comparison to the large amount I've pumped into this casino. I would like.to request all my deposits to playgrand casino to be refunded. My reasons for this are: i had self excluded on the 7th july 2017 from 21casino.com which is part of the whitehat company which means i should never have been allowed to open an account with playgrand casino. I had also won 7.5k with them and had asked them to close the account until money had hit my account which they obviously agreed to. However i believe this.suggests that they should have recognised i have an issue with gambling and should have refused subsequent deposits into the casino otherwise i would not have needed to exclude.myself during that time. 21casino and playgrand casino have sent mixed messages about whether i asked to close.my 21casino account or whether they closed it.themselves. i have evidence of this in email and screenshot. The screen shot highlights the lady on the chat accepting i had asked for the casino account to be closed or self excluded.
