Hi I been playing on pacific spins casino and I cleared my wager and I won 175 I sent in all the necessary documents  and then my account got restricted I have reached out to them by calling them emailing them and even trying to  talk to them on the casino chat............and I haven't  heard a word  from anyone......so I'm coming to you to see if u can help me  because I don't feel that's  right  

This is the first incident I have had with Pacific Spins but it's particularly annoying because I had a similar issue with some other Garbage RTG  casino. I contacted support with the following mesage and attched images Hello, please provide an explanation as to how 2 independent extra deposit offers for 50% and 55% respectively applied to a deposit credited with the amount 286.23 results in a total balance of 443.71. See attached photos: My Deposit Amount as entered into the box was $300 and this is the amount I was charged. The amount I was credited is 286.23 (My receipt from Banaxa shows that there were not broker fees and the entire amount was delivered). I will request An explanation of this nonsense separately. * As indicated in photo, deposit with credit card and you will get 50% Extra.   Yes I deposited with a credit card. Deposit = 286.23 Extra.    = Deposit * 50%                = 143.12 Deposit + Extra = 286.23 + 143.12                             = 429.35 * As indicated in photo, deposit with an amount > $250 and you will get 55% Extra.   Yes I deposited over $250. Deposit = 286.23 Extra     = Deposit * 55%                = 157.4265 Deposit + Extra = 286.23 + 157.4265                             = 443.66 As my current Balance is reflected to be 443.71 My Transaction Log shows the following ammounts were applied as "Extra" after my deposit. $143.12 ^ This is correct for the 50% using a credit card $14.31 ^ This is 10% of the above which has nothing to do with either of the "extras" just an arbitrary 10% of the extra 50% offer (one agent responded that this was actually to be interpreted as an extra 50% AND an extra 5% totaling an extra 55%) NOTE:  The transaction log is also incorrect in that it states I deposited BTC...but I used a card was redirected to complete with Banaxa...which actually paid Pacific in LTC. I made a deposit on a promotion that required 3x wagering on D+B, and a max cash out of 5x.  I fulfilled the playthrough requirement and attempted to make a withdrawal only to be denied 3 times because they are claiming the bonus amount has to be remaining in your balance.     my deposit was $30 (max cash out $150) bonus amount was $168 completed the 3x playthru of $594 (plus some) current balance on account is $186.  Attempted withdrawal for $150 it was declined because they are claiming I need to have an available balance of $318 on account to receive $150 ($150 + bonus amount $168)

This is such a scam of a site. I received an email telling me to join. I did, received my bonus and met all the wagering requirements and have 50$ remaining, (which is the max cash out for that promotion). Then I had to wait to be "verified." Surprisingly I received an email that I was verified in less than a week so put in a withdrawal request only to be denied because I "played games ineligible for the promotion." Mind you if you tried to play any games that were not allowed, your received a error screen telling you you could not play that game. WHAT A JOKE. STAY FAR AWAY!

I have the same problem with Pacific Spins. They lure you in with a no deposit bonus coupon max cashout.   I did receive verification of my kyc. But then they ask that you validate your withdrawal address by making a $10 or more deposit to verify/validate the withdrawal address. Had that happen at another online casino and that seemed normal.   Moving on you ask to withdraw and it doesn't work. Then the deposit doesn't show. Then it does show but you have to play the $10 and withdraw only $50. Then they put a note to confirm a withdrawal email. It doesn't arrive so then they say to email [email protected] with all of the same info already provided, name, username, withdrawal amount, and crypto address to withdraw to. Then when you login it says under cashier only that you need to re login but the code always fails. They subtract the deposit you made and only show the $50 from before. Of course I have screenshots of all of this. They seem to be another casino that doesn't want to payout earned payouts.
