Hello, I'm having the same issue. I've sent my documents via email. I'll let you know how my situation is going.

Hello Sir, I uploaded my documents on 30 May for kyc verification. But my documents are not verified yet. Today, I received an email from ozwin casino saying,  "We regret to inform you that your account verification could not be completed and your account is currently under review. We will contact you with more information regarding your account status within the next 3-5 business days." Kindly contact ozwin verification team to confirm what exactly is the issue with my account and why verification could not be completed. Ozwin username: **** Thank you

I am trying to get my first withdrawal complete through Ozwin anld have had nothing but problems. My account was verified 3 days ago, after 3 attempts (I have the email to prove it) and has since been reversed because my BANK STATEMENT was not sufficient even though it says that it plenty sufficient for address verification. They said their account verification process accepted it by mistake. I have since submitted my tax return, and am still getting email after email that it is insufficient. They keep asking me to submit it through the account verification page on the withdrawal page, but they keep my withdrawal pending! So I cannot do this!  And I am not going to cancel it to restart the entire withdrawal process for a third time. Customer care has told me that once my document is recieved via EMAIL, my document will be approved and withdrawal pushed through. So I have emailed my tax return right back to them. I just got a wave of emails from two different reps giving me the same run around I just stated. I am EXTREMELY frusturated with this and now they are saying I played the casino from another state? WTF? I haven't left the state in years. Please can someone from this website contact me and get this resolved. I am really really fed up especially when the reps keep saying "Congrats on your winnings!" when they have been impossible to recieve.

I add complain form Ozwin casino just delete 3700$ with wrong reasons so I do need moderators to check it

Yes I made qualified for withdrawal and after I was paid all bonuses were cut off to me both free and deposit this also happened at play Croco the exact same thing I got a withdrawal from play Croco the very next day and I was met with the same basically I was punished for being a good player

After registering and winning $180 I was advised to submit verification documents to get my winnings.i got an email on the 11/03 and the casino indicated i have multiple accounts with them.I went to chat to their representative and she replied saying the casino doesnt cater for my state Kentucky in the US.This is in error as i am from South Africa,the casino seems to have technical glitches.All i want is my $180 and the casino need to improve their software.

hey my whitdraw got voided after i used 2 freebies as the coupon said, that if you have used to you need to make a deposit,  and ill have only used one and ill tryed to talk to them aboute it cause appently they dont aloud it but then why does the coupon says 2...  so i only did follow the coupon and it are then misguiding to make you lose you moeny using it...   and while the whitdraw was pinding illl talked to serveral supports and NO one told me that it was wrong or they didnt aloud it first after i ill asked after the void,i cut ask about it and iam new player there so 100% i didnt do anything wrong after the coupon... but they dont care and just say its the casino rules that you only can use one!!!!  soo please need help for the whitdraw and it was on 250 $ ill added a pic of it 

I signed up at ozwin casino and I submitted my documents got approved and afterwards I made several deposits over $20 I enjoyed playing whether I lost or not, bi never won anything but I continued to visit their casino because I loved all the freehold tournaments they offer.  Well one day I received a no deposit code via email from them saying I was eligible for 10 free spins.  The maximum withdrawal was $180. Well finally I won and was very excited and disappointed. Excited that 10 spins allowed me to finally win something after more than 10 deposits,  disappointed because their withdrawal process is not instant even though it's bitcoin withdrawal,  I submitted withdrawal and waited eagerly for it to complete.  The next morning I Received email saying my withdrawal was denied because I redeemed 2 consecutive bonuses that THEY offered ME! It apparently is a violation of their rules! I was extremely angry and I told them to close my account! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY,  THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

I tell you I too am Starting to get concerned about oz win. I only deposit via Bitcoin and recently cashed out $7500 divided into 3 payments. They only processed one this entire week when my cashout is $7500 week. The payouts have been setting for longer than 7 days but 5 business days. Usually I am paid in 3 business days everything. 

Hi I did a withdrawal on the 1st of February and they released it on the 4th of February and they have pay me many times in the past i  never had a issue I usually received it 4/5working days after they release it. Now I waited 16 working days after they released it and even gave them my back statement and they said give us two working days then I spoke to them again and they said to me there sorry they done the transfer again and that it wouldn’t take no more than another 7 working days now after 4 working days they sent me a email saying technical issues doing the transfer again and that it could take another 10 working days now that’s double the maximum time why is this happing to me and what’s my rights cos like I said I have waited now 23working days since I did the withdrawal now I have things to pay that I held off and I’m getting to the stage where I’m going to get kick out on the street please help the excuse there using is that the service provider is technically issues  so how is that I can deposit but they can't give me my money it's it the same provider?? Hi. I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for complaint resolution but here goes... I was playing quite a bit and lost a ton of money with Ozwin. Then I hit a jackpot and attempted to cash out. I was told I neeed to provide account verification which I did August 1. After much delay(Ithw site stared 3-5 business days) I was finally approved fir withdrawal. I was still not able to access withdrawal portal. I spent the entire day today speaking to 5 different reps who assured me the problem was resolved. Then finally the last rep Jamell told me there was some sort of technical issue to be resolved. I have been down this road before and hoping to get some resolution. 

I didn't see a thread for this casino, so if I'm putting this in the wrong place I'm sorry. I don't understand what is going on with the new casinos, this has never happened to me before. I've was fortunate to cash out $410 from this casino, I deposited in US dollars and played in US dollars but my winnings were paid in other currency which I only received $260.02. I don't understand why I keep getting paid this way? my id there is buggars
