Just over a fortnight ago I won $7002 playing online pokies at Ozwin casino, an amount it states as being available to withdraw. I then submitted jp signed copies of my required identification and utility bill along with my completed identification verification form as requested by the casino support a while back when I first inquired about id verification (took them 4 weeks initially to respond to this email asking what I need to do to verify account). After almost two weeks went by and several more attempts to contact OzWin they emailed me two days ago saying I could not be verified as I had not sent a copy of my utility bill (actually I had sent a copy of my utility bill with the initial email, however just to tick all their boxes I immediately resent all of my id documents and utility bill that I had initially sent, along with a clear email stating my name username and reason for the email. Several more days have passed and another weekend is here and still nothing. Their phone lines are currently not opperational and their 24/7 chat is stating it is currently not available to me. I have spent a lot of money in this casino, I do not have any dual accounts and I have not breached any of their rules and feeling emotional, stressed and frustrated over the whole ordeal and wondering if you can please help me as I feel as though they are trying to avoid paying me Thank you Kind Regards
