My husband and I have been playing for a couple of years at mybookie.ag. I received a $10 free play wager on sports with a max win of $500. I then placed a parley and won $499. Therefore, the money became real money. I then started playing at the casino and won $2600 in slots. So, naturally I requested a withdraw of my winnings of $2600 and they’re now saying there is a $125 max withdrawal, max cash out. Which is true for no deposit bonuses but in this situation it was a free play to wager on sports with a max payout of $500. So, by me winning a parley of $499 it becomes my winnings from there on out. That’s why I was allowed to go from sports to the casino. My husband was also allowed to withdraw his winnings with the exact same circumstances prior to this. I have deposited so many times and I have always lost. This one time I do win and now I am getting cheated. I am 35 weeks pregnant and I was very excited to buy the remaining stuff I needed for my nursery and baby and this $2600 blessing would have helped us tremendously but unfortunately it was ripped away from us.

I normally play slots at this online Casino and have been for a really long time and never really had any issues with them up until this point. On june 8th, i deposited and claimed a deposit bonus and won a fairly large amount. Since June 8th, i have requested two separate withdrawals of 2000 USD ( max allowed per week) a week or so apart from eachother. I have requested both those withdrawals via BANK TRANSFER which i have done so successfully in the past with them. Of those Two withdrawals, I have only received one payment only. YET mybookie says that their system says it has paid me both. Of course, this lead to an investigation where i was asked to send proof of not receiving the funds in the form of bank statements dating from JUNE to JULY and then eventually JULY to AUGUST. All this time and patience and still today, at the end of every phone call with mybookie customer service ( i have abandoned live chat as they are not helpful at all) i am promised a phone call or email back which i never receive. I have done everything in my power to assist them, even by going out of my way taking a trip to my bank to ask them if these funds were being held to which the reply was as expected. They do not hold bank transfer funds for any reason. I have run out of patience, and hope THEPOGG takes this case because i believe the bank statements are proof enough that they have some how made an error during their payment process and are not paying me the amount in question but instead dragging this on for what seems like can be forever at this pace. again, thank you for your time and will be eagerly waiting a reply.
