MrWin— player complaints: 8 in English

Today i received an E-mail from MrWin stating i have 10 free spins on stickers because i had deposited in the previous 2 weeks . I proceed to play and 'win' £150 . Completed the WR . All seems good . I request to withdraw £140 - 7 hours later the withdrawal is still pending (slow for them ) so i contact support via chat to ask how long it will take . Not a complaint as it's not that long really . I am told they will contact the relevant department . I then cancel the withdrawal as i thought i ll play with £20 and keep the £120. When to process the withdrawal and this time it tells me that i have not met the requirements for wagering! Off i go to support and i am told i can only withdraw £50 for this is a No Deposit Free spins offer ! this was not mentioned in the email nor on the promotional part of the website. Am i wrong in assuming getting free spins because i have deposited previously should not fall under the 'no deposit' because i have had to deposit to receive them just not on the actual day ! ? i like this casino but this seems unfair to me. They have now blocked my account whilst they remove the remaining £90. Deeply unhappy about all of this.

I play every week with Mr Win and never had a problem with them. I am verified player too. What I read today was just mind blowing. I won around 5200gbp today, while my wager was almost completed, my balance was adjusted around 4500gbp. However on their terms and conditions it says 5000€ now, when it used to say 5000£, so I converted 5000€ to £ on xe.com and it gave me something like 4560£. At this point it all made sense, but something else is off too. The currency on their site is also buggy. Because there are times I log in and it says 5£ and sometimes 5€, which is quite suspicious. However my bet at Mr win has always been 5£. I have been a member at Mr Win for several months and have made several deposits but never won, however 6 days a go I won and made a withdrawal. I submitted all required documents the same day for verification so my withdrawal can be processed, and received confirmation e mail that they had the documents and had been forwarded to security dept. I was told verification takes 48 hrs, however 6 days on I have still not been verified, I have contacted them about the length of time and keep being told “You will be informed when you have been verified” The time length of verification is not acceptable and well beyond the supposed 48 hours. I just want to be verified and my withdrawal processed.

After cashout request casino requested documents for verification. I send docs, they confirmed and said - it needs 48h to check it. Bit already a week have passed and they are saying still review docs cause of ig number of winners...You are my last hope!

I have an verified account with mrWin for a week and when I tried to withdraw my money, 2686€ i was told that I have breached their terms and that my winnings will be voided. I have now found out that players from Slovenija are not allowed to bet with them but I was not notifed about this when I opened my account or when I deposited my money, just when I tried to withdraw my winnings they are saying they will be voided because I have breached their terms by betting with them. but I was normally allowed to open an account, deposit my money and bet with them. Hi, I have used their 100€ first deposit bonus for sportsbook, placed a few bets normally for around 100€ and now they have limited all of my bets from 1-5€ and I have to roll over more than 2000€ to be able to withdraw my money. Hi, i deposited 50 EUR on the website and i received a 50EUR first deposit bonus.After this i found out that i have to play with my bonus money 24 or more times with this money to be able to WD, either the bonus or my money. I tried to cancel my bonus, but from the site told me that this is not possible. So i started playing, i have placed a lot of bets and on the end i was able to Wd my bonus, which i didn't do, till the moment i found out the my account is limited out of nowhere, since i didn't play for around two weeks. I didn't received any kind of email or notification what is going one, so i decided to Wd my money. The money i got in that time in the account where 391EUR. I request i WD and two days latter i found out that they cut all of my money and they left in the account only the 50eur deposit that i made.When i asked them what is going on, they came with excuse that i have made multiple accounts to take advantage from the first deposit bonus they are giving and they told me that they have 10 account like mine and i am a fraud. i opened a betting account with mrwin and fantasino, however i shouldnt have been allowed to as i already have an exclusion in place on sites on the everymatrix network. i have a account with boylesports that is excluded till 2019, and possibly jetbull. Basically i feel all bets should be made void and the deposits refunded as i shouldnt have been allowed to open an account with either mrwin and fantasino. I did send several email to everymatrix only received a reply yesterday after 5 days of waiting, and a very short reply saying they cant refund the deposits. i dont feel they take responsible gambling seriously at all.
