Mega Medusa Casino— player complaints: 7 in English

I have the same problem with Mega Medusa dumb casino not allowing me to withdraw. I tried but they ask for way too much information and im not stupid! I told them I already gave what was asked and I am NOT sending my card information . So they deny my withdrawal. Can anyone help me ?

I was trying to withdraw but I had to confirm my identity with photo Id and a selfie I had done the following but it was rejected.. so I was talking with support team and was asked to send them via email okay did that and was told that it should take 24hrs for them to confirm my id.. I went to have a look and see if they had processed it yet but now they said I have to deposit $30 to get my withdrawal and that process will take up to 7 days. Talk about a runaround

Mega Medusa, can someone please help me get paid. I deposited many times by Bitcoin and they happily take my deposit. I finally win a little about 400 and they ask me to verify. But I was told if I'm depositing and I'm withdrawing Bitcoin then there is no need to send any documents. But they  said they still needed my documents. I sent my license front and back my selfie a bill and they told me when tho my license is valid but expires in August they can't accept it. Ive never heard such nonsense,I mean if my license was expired id understand but it's gonna expire August 11 2025 and I've been going back and forth 2 week now. Please help me get paid.
