McLuck— player complaints: 5 in English

I was in a tournament the 15th of November 2024 played a game hot chili pepper while playing the game I won a 246 dollar bonus spin and went in the chilli peppers bonus many times. Then I realized I was apart of a tournament that was ending In 4 hours. I had 900 dollars redeemed it then canceled and kept playing with that money because I saw I was in 19th place for the tournament. When the tournament ended it confirmed my placement at 18 and I won $50 I have screenshots that said the money would be rewarded within 72 hours. That time has since passed. I've reached out to them many times. The when replied to my trustpilot review talking about the cancellation of my redemption no mention of the tournament. Shame on you. I've seen many reviews and you've done this to many loyal players. You shouldn't have a casino at all your a scam period. Again I have the screenshots that prove I won . These casinos are not here to make us rich but to collect money. You don't have good business practice or nothing. You should treat people funding you better.

I intially did a withdrawal request for $5800 on 4/29. I waited the 3-5 business days to get the email to verify. I sent all the verification documents on 5/7 and was told I was verified and that they would send my payment to the payment team to be accepted. After another 5 days I cancelled it because I hadn’t heard any thing and I played it out and had ended up doing 3 $2500 withdrawal requests on 5/12. On 5/17, I recieved to email to verify the same things again plus an additional card. I sent the documentation and from there is was a forever back and forth. They kept asking for the same documentation or stating they got one but not the other. I’ve sent all the documentation at least 3 times. At one point I was up to $14000 in withdrawal requests and I honestly just got tired of going back and forth when I have provided everything already. I took it as they are a scam and were never going to pay me out anyway. I cancelled all the withdrawals and spent the money back. I also noticed that they did breach their own terms of service in terms of response time. I just want back the money I spent. I also still have every piece of documentation that I have sent to them.

Every time I submit a redemption payout they say they need more verification and ask me to submit pictures of credit cards which I have done repeatedly over the last 6 months.. They have at least 10 pictures of my credit cards and keep asking me for the same ones over and over .. I submit the ones they want and the next day ask to submit more which is them just delaying the process so they don't have to pay me.. THEY HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE PICTURES THEY HAVE ASKED FOR OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN.. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I HAVE JUMPED AND JUMPED AND JUMPED THROUGH THEIR HOOPS AND never pay me .. I end up waiting so long bc if them procrastinating the payout that the redemption is canceled and I loose it which is what they want ..

my name is [EDIT] and I've got a few legitimate concerns with a casino that you advertise on your website. Mcluck casino. I have been locked out of my account even after providing the requested verification documents. Also, I've made numerous purchases thru this specific account in reference, yet when I finally decide to redeem my winnings, (after providing requested documents and being approved) I'm immediately blocked from my account and can no longer access my profile and or my winnings. I've gotten very little responses in regards to this issue. The response I have gotten is a repeated, exact same email as the first initial email they sent me. 144$ is what I attempted to redeem. I've made close to over 100$ in purchases within this same account, but now all of a sudden they decide to [EDIT] me of what I've rightfully won. If they're reasons for locking my account and withholding my money are within their guidelines and set rules, why was I even able to create my account and make purchases to begin with? If it isn't until I choose to cash out that they feel its necessary to lock me out and withhold my money, how is it legal that they knowingly accepted all of my multiple purchases with the knowledge that they would block me from my winnings long after the fact of me making numerous purchases that they're ultimately [EDIT] profiting from if somewhere during this whole process I did something that went against their casino rules? Seems a little [EDIT]. All I want is either every single purchase I made within the start of this account up to the date they blocked me, or, the money I've rightfully and legally won and attempted to withdraw. Whichever is greater. In the best case scenario, I'd love to receive all of my purchases refunded as well as the money I've rightfully won and attempted to withdraw which was essentially [EDIT]. They don't have a customer service number to call and speak. That's a blatant lie. Their email response time is a complete joke.and their live chat support isnt any better, it's worse. This casino is a [EDIT]. They should be permanently shut down!!! I'm willing to take this matter to court if need be. I've got all the time necessary.
